摘 要:针对大潜深载人潜水器舷外耐压无人干式舱的舱口盖自动启闭的需求,设计了具备自动启闭与自动锁紧功能的启闭舱口盖,对舱口盖的盖板进行了结构设计、主要参数计算、强度和稳定性校核及密封结构计算,并对大潜深自动启闭舱口盖的液压与电控系统进行了详细介绍。通过在压力筒内进行耐压与密封性能试验及自动启闭与锁紧功能试验验证,证明了该大潜深自动启闭舱口盖的结构合理且工作可靠。According to the requirements of automatic opening and closing of hatch cover of outboard pressure dry cabin for deep-sea submersible, the automatic opening and closing and automatic locking hatch cover is designed. The structural design, main parameter calculation, strength and stability check and sealing structure calculation of hatch cover are carried out, and the hydraulic and electric control system of deep-sea automatic opening and closing hatch cover is introduced in detail. Through pressure resistance and sealing performance test and automatic opening and closing and locking function test in the pressure canister, it is proved that the structure of the deep-sea automatic opening and closing hatch cover is reasonable and reliable.
