摘  要:为应对沿海、河湖地区污水处理应急需要,减少水污染事件发生,并解决临水经济发展区域污水厂超负荷问题,文字借鉴FPSO开发经验提出一种机动灵活、大型分散式多功能水上污水处理设施概念。通过分析设施需求定位、设施布局规划和功能划分,实现可多项目重复使用、快速应急响应和高效水上污水处理能力,为我国水环境保护提供了一种新型水上设施的开发思路。In order to meet the requests of emergency sewage treatment in coastal, river and lake areas, reduce the occurrence of water pollution, and solve the problem of overload of sewage treatment plants in those developed areas, learning from FPSO development experience, a conceptual of flexible large-scale and multi-functional water on-site treatment facilities is put forward in the paper. By analyzing the positioning of facilities demand, functional area unit division and layout planning, the capacity of efficient sewage treatment,multi-project utilization and emergency response can be designed and implemented. It provides a new idea for the development of water environment protection facilities on water in China.
