摘　　要：采用生存曲线拟合无形资产收益期限是较好测算方法之一,中国专利数据库收录了大量的失效专利数据信息,为构建生存曲线提供了坚实基础,本文主张采用生存曲线来拟合专利资产的经济使用年限。Using the survival curve to fit the income period of intangible assets is one of the better calculation methods. The Chinese patent database contains a large number of invalid patent data information, which provides a solid foundation for the construction of the survival curve. This paper advocates using the survival curve to fit the economic value of patent assets use period.
