摘　　要：目的汉化甲状腺癌生命质量量表(EORTC QLQ-THY34),并对其进行信效度检验。方法依据Brislin翻译模型,对EORTC QLQ-THY34进行翻译、回译及文化调试,形成中文版EORTC QLQ-THY34。采用方便抽样,对天津医科大学肿瘤医院和昆明医科大学第一附属医院就诊的515例甲状腺癌患者进行调查,评价量表信效度。结果中文版EORTC QLQ-THY34保留34个条目,经专家评定,量表I-CVI的范围为0.83~1.00,S-CVI/Ave为0.946。经探索性因子分析共提取了8个公因子,累计方差贡献率为59.452%。总量表的Cronbach′α为0.880,折半信度为0.718。结论中文版EORTC QLQ-THY34具有较好的效度和信度,可用于评价我国甲状腺癌患者的生命质量。Objective To translate the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Module for Thyroid Cancer 34(EORTC QLQ-THY34)into Chinese and evaluate its reliability and validity in patients with thyroid cancer.Methods According to Brislin translation model,the Chinese version of EORTC QLQ-THY34 was formed by translation,back translation,and culture adjustment.A total of 490 patients with thyroid cancer from Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were investigated to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale by using convenience sampling.Results The Chinese version of XEORTC QLQ-THY34 retained 34 items.According to experts'evaluation,the scale of I-CVI ranged from 0.83 to 1.00,and S-CVI/Ave was 0.946.A total of 8 common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 59.452%.The Cronbach'sαof the total volume scale was 0.880 and its split-half reliability was 0.718.Conclusions The Chinese version of EORTC QLQ-THY34 has good valid and reliable,and it can be used to assess the quality of life in patients with thyroid cancer.
