摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特钠口溶膜联合白葡奈氏菌片治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘效果及对气道反应的影响。方法将2020年1月—2021年12月山东省立医院收治的80例疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿按照随机数字表法分为对照组(常规咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗组)40例和观察组(常规咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗加孟鲁司特钠口溶膜联合白葡奈氏菌片组)40例。比较两组的咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗总有效率、治疗前后的哮喘控制情况[哮喘控制测试(asthma control test,ACT评分)]、肺功能指标[用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV_(1))、呼气流量峰值75(peak expiratory flow 75,PEF75)及用力呼气中期流速(maximum mid-expiratory flow 75/25,MMEF75/25)]及气道反应指标[最低激发累积剂量(minimum cumulative dose,Dmin)、最低激发浓度(minimum effective concentration,Cmin)及特异性气道传导下降第35百分位(specific airway conduction decreased by 35%,PD35)]。结果观察组的咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的ACT评分、肺功能指标及气道反应指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6周及12周后观察组的ACT评分、肺功能指标及气道反应指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠口溶膜联合白葡奈氏菌片治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果较好,可显著改善患儿的对气道反应状态,在咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿中的应用价值较高。Objective To explore the effect of montelukast sodium combined with staphylococcus and neisseria tablet in the treatment of patients with cough variant asthma and influence for airway responsiveness.Methods A total of 80 children with cough variant asthma from January 2020 to December 2021 of Shandong Provincial Hospitalwere divided into control group(routine treatment for cough variant asthma group)40 cases and observation group(routine treatment for cough variant asthma and montelukast sodium,staphylococcus and neisseria tablet group)40 cases by the random number table.The control group were treated with,the observation group were treated with on the treatment of control group.Then the total effective rates of cough variant asthma,asthma control effect(ACT score),pulmonary function indexes(FVC,FEV_(1),PEF75 and MMEF75/25)and airway responsiveness indexes(Dmin,Cmin and PD35)before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of cough variant asthma of observation group was significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The differences of ACT score,pulmonary function indexes and airway responsiveness indexes of two groups before the treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The ACT score,pulmonary function indexes and airway responsiveness indexes of observation group at sixth and twelfth week after the treatment were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of montelukast sodium combined with staphylococcus and neisseria tablet in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma is better,and it can significantly improve the airway responsiveness state,so its application value in the children with cough variant asthma is higher.
