摘 要:目的探讨在ICU护理管理期间人性化保护性约束应用可行性。方法于2020年3月—2022年5月抽取来自吉林省一汽总医院工作的40名ICU护理人员,采用数字奇偶法分组,即20名接受常规管理的参照组与20名接受人性化保护性约束的研究组。比较两组护理人员护理管理质量(ICU护理、病房管理、感染防治、书写文书、技术水平、灭菌消毒、思考能力、问题处理能力)评分、护理管理满意度评分(管理水平、服务意识、沟通技巧、团队精神)。结果研究组ICU护理(90.68±4.27)分、病房管理(89.62±5.14)分、感染防治(90.35±5.27)分、书写文书(91.59±4.45)分、技术水平(92.66±5.17)分、灭菌消毒(91.39±4.29)分、思考能力(92.39±4.25)分、问题处理能力(95.75±5.17)分均较参照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理水平(92.89±2.53)分、服务意识(91.17±4.27)分、沟通技巧(91.65±4.25)分、团队精神(91.55±5.28)分均较参照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化保护性约束较常规管理的效果更优,可将护理人员护理管理质量及护理管理满意度显著提升,促进ICU整体护理水平的提升。Objective To explore the feasibility of humanized protective restraint application during ICU nursing management.Methods Forty ICU nursing staff working from FAW General Hospital in Jilin Province were sampled from March 2020 to May 2022.Grouping by digital parity,20 in the reference group who received conventional management and 20 in the study group who received humanized protective restraint.The nursing management quality(ICU nursing,ward management,infection prevention and control,writing instruments,technical level,sterilization and disinfection,thinking ability,problem handling ability)scores,and nursing management satisfaction scores(management level,service awareness,communication skills,team spirit)of nursing staff in the two groups were compared.Results ICU nursing(90.68±4.27)points,ward management(89.62±5.14)points,infection control(90.35±5.27)points,writing instruments(91.59±4.45)points,technical level(92.66±5.17)points,sterilization(91.39±4.29)points,thinking ability(92.39±4.25)points in the study group score,and problem handling ability(95.75±5.17)points were higher than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group had higher management level(92.89±2.53)points,service awareness(91.17±4.27)points,communication skills(91.65±4.25)points,and team spirit(91.55±5.28)points than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized protective restraint is more effective than conventional management,which can significantly improve the quality of nursing care management and nursing care management satisfaction of nursing staff and promote the improvement of overall nursing care in ICU.
