哮喘控制测试于呼吸内科管理的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探析哮喘控制测试用于呼吸内科管理的效果。方法选择2020年1—12月长沙市中心医院呼吸内科工作的13名医务人员为基础组,此阶段本院开展基础管理方式;于2021年1—12月本院呼吸内科工作的13名医务人员为研究组,此阶段本院开展哮喘控制测试的管理方式。分析两组呼吸内科医务人员管理后的专科成绩、管理能力、管理患者的满意度。结果在对呼吸内科医务人员管理后,研究组专科成绩高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理能力高于基础组,研究组管理患者的满意度高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对呼吸内科医务人员管理时,利用哮喘控制测试的管理方式能够丰富医务人员的专科知识,锻炼医务人员的管理能力,提高管理患者的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of asthma control test in respiratory management.Methods 13 medical staff working in the department of respiratory of Changsha Central Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the basic group,and basic management was carried out in the hospital during this stage.From January to December 2021,13 medical staff working in the department of respiratory of our hospital was the research group.At this stage,our hospital carried out the management method of asthma control test.The junior college grades,management ability and satisfaction of patients after management of respiratory medical staff in two groups were analyzed.Results After the management of medical staff in department of respiratory,the junior college grades of the research group were higher than those of the basic group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management ability of the research group was higher than that of the basic group,and the satisfaction of the management patients in the research group was higher than that of the basic group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of medical staff in department of respiratory,asthma control test can enrich the specialized knowledge of medical staff,exercise their management ability and improve the satisfaction of patients.
