摘　　要：全面深化医疗体系改革的背景下,我国对医院的门诊服务管理提出了更高的要求。积极顺应医疗改革趋势,搭建起新的门诊预约服务平台,完善诊疗服务体系,优化诊疗服务办法,是提升医院医疗服务质量的现实举措。目前,整体来看,医院预约诊疗服务管理中主要存在着预约时间受限、预约人数多、预约平台局限、诊疗服务面受限等问题。很多情况下,患者取不到号、挂不上号,患者等候时间过长,影响就诊体验。对此,为了解决医院门诊预约诊疗服务困境,提出了线上预约就诊服务、预约就诊上门服务、实施分时段、错峰式预约服务等优化措施,以期实现提高医院预约就诊率,减少等候时间,避免人员聚集,改善就诊体验,提高门诊患者满意度。Under the background of comprehensively deepening the reform of medical system,we put forward higher requirements for the management of outpatient service in hospitals.It is a practical measure to improve the quality of hospital medical service to actively follow the trend of medical reform,build a new outpatient appointment service platform,improve the diagnosis and treatment service system,and optimize the diagnosis and treatment service methods.At present,on the whole,there are mainly problems in the management of hospital appointment diagnosis and treatment service,such as limited appointment time,large number of appointment,limited appointment platform and limited diagnosis and treatment service surface.In many cases,patients cannot get a number,cannot obtain the number,waiting time is too long,affecting the medical experience.Therefore,in order to solve the dilemma of outpatient appointment service,optimization measures such as online appointment service,door-to-door appointment service,implementation of time-sharing and cross-peak appointment service were put forward,in order to improve the hospital appointment rate,reduce the waiting time,avoid personnel gathering,improve the medical experience,improve the satisfaction of outpatients.
