摘 要:目的对妇产科护理管理中,安全文化理念的具体方法展开研究。方法选取2021年5月—2022年5月南华大学附属第三医院妇产科护理管理40名工作人员作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,每组各20名,分别实施安全文化理念、常规护理管理,分析护士安全文化感知、管理质量、考核分数。结果对照组护士安全文化感知评分、管理质量评分、考核分数均低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全文化理念价值较高,可以提升护士工作质量、安全文化感知、管理质量。Objective To conduct a study on the specific method of safety culture concept in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management.Methods 40 staff members of obstetrics and gynecology nursing management in the Third Hospital of South China University from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.A random number table method was used to divide the study group and the control group,with 20 staff members in each group,to implement the safety culture concept and routine nursing management.The nurses'safety culture perception,management quality,and assessment scores were analyzed.Results The safety culture perception score,management quality score,and assessment score of nurses in the control group were lower than those in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The safety culture concept is of high value and can improve the quality of nurses'work,safety culture perception,and management quality.
