摘 要:目的探讨在ICU护理管理期间PDCA循环管理方式的应用可行性。方法抽取2020年2月—2022年4月在吉林省一汽总医院工作的50名ICU护理人员。采用随机数表法分组,每组25名,参照组接受常规管理,研究组接受PDCA循环管理。比较两组护理管理质量评分、护理管理总满意度以及工作成就感评分。结果研究组专科护理(90.25±2.59)分、病房管理(91.49±5.29)分、感染控制(92.66±4.29)分、文书书写(91.75±5.27)分、技术操作(91.38±5.92)分、消毒灭菌(91.69±5.29)分、应急能力(91.73±4.82)分、沟通能力(92.63±5.62)分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理管理总满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理人员的工作成就感评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理较常规管理效果更佳,可将管理质量、满意度以及护理人员工作成就感显著提升,可促进ICU整体工作质量的提升。Objective To explore the feasibility of applying the PDCA cycle management approach during ICU nursing management.Methods 50 ICU nursing staff working in FAW General Hospital of Jilin Province from February 2020 to April 2022 were selected.The random number table method was used to group 25 in each group,and the reference group received conventional management and the study group received PDCA cycle management.The quality of nursing management scores,total satisfaction with nursing management,and work accomplishment scores were compared between the two groups.Results The study group had scores of specialty care(90.25±2.59)points,ward management(91.49±5.29)points,infection control(92.66±4.29)points,writing(91.75±5.27)points,technical operation(91.38±5.92)points,sterilization(91.69±5.29)points,emergency ability(91.73±4.82)points and communication ability(92.63±5.62)points were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing management in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work accomplishment scores of nursing staff in the study group were all higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management is more effective than conventional management and can significantly improve management quality,satisfaction and nursing staff's sense of accomplishment,which can promote the overall work quality of ICU.
