摘　　要：目的分析互联网时代制约老年人预约挂号的原因并提出相应解决对策。方法选取2021年10月—2022年3月期间在广西壮族自治区人民医院门诊就诊的年龄≥60岁的患者作为调查对象,随机抽取308例患者做现场问卷调查,探讨互联网时代制约老年患者预约就诊的影响因素。结果308例老年患者中,选择预约就诊的患者239例,占比77.60%,69例未能成功预约,占比22.40%。经多因素Logistic回归分析显示,就诊、专家号源、预约方式知晓情况、现场就诊有无预约及预约方式是否复杂是制约老年患者预约就诊的影响因素(OR=2.217、1.568、2.402、2.912、2.836,P<0.05)。结论针对就诊、专家号源、预约方式知晓情况、现场就诊有无预约及预约方式是否复杂等制约因素,应在互联网时代下,指导老年患者学习及运用现代化信息技术有效解决预约就诊问题,提高老年患者就诊成功率。Objective To analyze the reasons of restricting the elderly to make an appointment in the Internet era and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Methods Patients aged≥60 years old who visited the department of outpatient of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People's Hospital from October 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the survey subjects.A total of 308 patients were randomly selected for field questionnaire survey to explore the influencing factors restricting elderly patients'appointment in the Internet era.Results Among the 308 elderly patients,239 chose to make an appointment,accounting for 77.60%,and 69 failed to make an appointment,accounting for 22.40%.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the knowledge of doctor visit,expert number source,appointment method,on-site appointment and complicated appointment method were the influencing factors restricting elderly patients'appointment(OR=2.217,1.568,2.402,2.912,2.836,P<0.05).Conclusion In view of the constraints such as the knowledge of medical treatment,expert number source,appointment method,whether there is an appointment or not and whether the appointment method is complex,elderly patients should be guided to learn and use modern information technology to effectively solve the problem of appointment in the Internet era,so as to improve the success rate of medical treatment for elderly patients.
