浅谈老年综合健康评估在干部保健工作中的应用

摘　　要：当前人口老龄化趋势已是现如今人民群众不可忽视的重要问题之一。在此发展背景下,老年人人口自身身体健康成为人们的关注重点,同时,老年综合健康评估工作的顺利开展也逐渐变成了各医院部门的重点工作项目。在这一背景下,国内要想尽快实现老年干部保健工作的稳步发展,首先需要在开展干部老年保健工作之前要求各个干部保健相关工作人员明确自身工作重点,并确立自己未来的干部保健工作发展方向,并注重起综合健康评估办法的重要作用,在实际的老年干部保健工作中落实老年综合健康评估手段,通过进一步加强干部保健管理工作成效的方式,来提升老年干部保健工作的整体效率,最终以此实现更为合理、有效的老年干部保健工作。At present,the trend of aging of the population has been one of the important issues that the people cannot ignore nowadays.In this development background,the elderly population's own health has gradually become the focus of people's attention,and at the same time,the smooth implementation of the comprehensive health assessment of the elderly has gradually become the key work items of various hospital departments.In this context,in order to achieve the steady development of health care work for elderly cadres in China as soon as possible,it is necessary to ask each cadre health care-related staff to clarify their own work priorities and establish their own future direction of cadre health care work before carrying out cadre health care work,and to focus on the important role of comprehensive health assessment methods.In the actual health care work of elderly cadres to implement the comprehensive health assessment means of the elderly,and through further strengthening the effectiveness of cadre health care management way to enhance the overall efficiency of the health care work of elderly cadres,and ultimately to achieve a more reasonable and effective health care work of elderly cadres.
