摘　　要：目的探析分层护理管理对护士心理素质与护理质量的影响。方法随机选取2020年1—12月期间在南华大学附属长沙中心医院工作的38名护理人员,开展传统护理管理,纳入传统组。随机选取2021年1—12月期间在本院工作的38名护理人员,开展分层护理管理,纳入研究组。比较不同管理模式的管理效果。结果管理后,研究组心理素质评分、护理质量评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理水平高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理服务满意度高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将分层护理管理运用在医院护理人员管理服务中,可有效增强护理人员心理素质,提升护理服务质量,改善护士管理水平,提高管理服务满意度。Objective To explore the effect of tiered care management on nurses'psychological quality and nursing care quality.Methods 38 nursing staff working in Changsha Central Hospital affiliated to University of South China from January to December 2020 were randomly selected to carry out traditional nursing management,and were included in the traditional group.38 nursing staff working in the hospital from January to December 2021 were randomly selected,and stratified nursing management was carried out and included in the research group.Compared the management effects of different management modes.Results After management,the scores of psychological quality and nursing quality in the study group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management level of the study group was higher than that of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management service satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of tiered care management in the management service of hospital nursing staff can effectively enhance the psychological quality of nursing staff,improve the quality of nursing service,improve the management level of nurses and increase the satisfaction of management service.
