医护一体化分组管理模式对烧伤科护理管理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的以烧伤科为例,分析医护一体化分组管理模式在烧伤科的临床应用成效,及其对护理管理质量的影响。方法选取2020年10月—2022年8月在电子科技大学医学院附属绵阳医院·绵阳市中心医院工作的100名烧伤科医护工作人员作为研究对象,按照随机分组的方法分为观察组(50名,行医护一体化分组管理模式)与对照组(50名,行常规护理管理),比较两组查房效果评分、能力素质评分、护理管理质量合格率、感染发生率。结果观察组查房效果评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理管理质量合格率(除抢救程序)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组能力素质评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对烧伤科医护工作人员实行医护一体化分组管理模式,能有效提高查房效果,提升医护人员各项能力素质,确保护理管理质量,降低院内感染发生率。Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness of the integrated group management model of medical and nursing care and its impact on the quality of nursing management on the burn unit.Methods 100 cases of medical and nursing staff in the burn unit working from October 2020 to August 2022 in Mianyang Hospital-Mianyang Central Hospital affiliated to the University of Electronic Science and Technology School of Medicine were selected as study subjects.According to the random grouping method,they were divided into observation group(50 people,performing integrated medical and nursing group management mode)and control group(50 people,performing routine nursing management).The room check effect score,competence score,nursing management quality pass rate,and infection incidence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher room visitation effect scores than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of nursing management pass rate(except for resuscitation procedures)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The competency quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the integrated medical and nursing group management model for medical and nursing staff in the burn unit can effectively improve the effect of room inspection,enhance the competency of medical and nursing staff,ensure quality of nursing management,and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
