摘  要:本文探讨了运用PDCA循环促进管理体系持续有效运行的方法。分析了PDCA循环在实际运用中常见的问题,抓住管理体系在构建、宣贯、执行3个关键环节中PDCA循环的运用,构建了操作性强的“四合一”管理体系并加强与管理制度的融合,在体系文件管理和运行中使用OA信息化管控,采取“每周一讲”的形式提高宣贯效果,通过量化评价机制强化执行。质量管理体系文件适用性增强,员工理解力、执行力不断增强。实践证明,运用PDCA循环推进管理模式创新性实施,能够不断提升闭环管理能力,从而使工作质效不断提升。This paper discusses the method of using PDCA cycle to promote the continuous and effective operation of management system.It analyzes the common problems in the practical application of the PDCA cycle,grasps the application of the PDCA cycle in the three key aspects of management system construction,dissemination and implementation,and builds an operational"four-in-one"management system and strengthens the integration and application of the management system.In the management and operation of system documents,we use OA information control,adopt the form of"weekly lecture"to improve the effect of dissemination,and strengthen the implementation through quantitative evaluation mechanism.The applicability of the quality management system document is enhanced,and the comprehension and execution of the staff is continuously strengthened.Practice has proved that the use of PDCA cycle to promote the innovative implementation of the management model can continuously improve the closed-loop management capacity,so that the quality and efficiency of work is continuously improved.
