摘　　要：中医院文化文化建设对中医院的健康发展以及管理水平的提高有着重要的现实意义,也是文化自信在中医药事业发展中的重要体现。但当前很多基层中医院在文化建设方面存在着一些问题,其原因在于缺乏文化自信、重视程度不够、管理理念落后、建设方法错位等诸多方面。本文采用SWOT分析方法,从内部优势、内部劣势、外部机会与外部威胁4个方面对当前中医院的发展态势进行分析,认为中医院的文化建设应坚定文化自信,抓住国家对中医药及大健康事业发展政策支持的绝佳机会,充分发挥自身在文化底蕴、特色诊疗服务等方面的优势,补齐在人才队伍结构和质量方面的短板,用活用好互联网等现代科学技术手段,扬长避短,开展差异化运营,使中医院在自身取得长足发展的过程中,更好地传播优秀的中医药文化。The cultural construction of Chinese hospital culture is of great practical significance to the healthy development of Chinese hospital and the improvement of management level,and is also an important embodiment of cultural self-confidence in the development of Chinese medicine.However,there are some problems in the cultural construction of many primary Chinese hospitals,which are caused by the lack of cultural confidence,insufficient attention,backward management concept,and misplaced construction methods.This paper uses SWOT analysis to analyze the current development situation of Chinese hospitals from four aspects:internal strengths,internal weaknesses,external opportunities and external threats.It is believed that the cultural construction of Chinese hospitals should firmly establish cultural self-confidence,seize the excellent opportunity of national policy support for the development of Chinese medicine and health care,give full play to their advantages in cultural heritage and special treatment services,make up for the shortcomings in the structure and quality of the talent team,make good use of modern scientific and technological means such as the Internet,make use of their strengths and avoid their weaknesses,and carry out differentiated operations,so that Chinese hospitals can achieve significant development in the process of their own in the process of making great development,Chinese medicine hospitals can better spread the excellent Chinese medicine culture.
