摘 要:埋入式柔性电容器是柔性印刷电路板的重要组成元件,在国民经济和国防工业领域有着广泛的应用前景。为获得一种具有高介电常数的柔性电容器材料,以功能化纳米钛酸钡(BT)颗粒为填充材料,PVDF作为柔性基质材料,采用溶液铸膜法和多层叠加热压法制备了具有三明治结构的PVDF/BT//PVDF//PVDF/BT三层复合物薄膜,研究了该薄膜的相结构、微观形貌以及介电性能。结果表明,热压法获得的薄膜结构致密,无明显缺陷,随着BT含量的增加,三层复合物膜的介电常数增加,当PVDF:BT=1:6时,介电常数达38.9,比纯PVDF提高了412%,且三层复合物薄膜仍具有良好的柔韧性。PVDF/BT纳米复合薄膜综合实验研究内容涉及材料成分、结构、设计、制备与性能,通过该综合实验使学生能进一步理解材料科学领域研究的主要内容,对促进学生创新思维的形成具有积极的作用。The embedded capacitor with good flexibility is a key component of the flexible printed circuit board,which has a broad application prospect in the field of national economy and defense industry.In order to obtain a kind of flexible capacitor material with high dielectric constant,with functionalized nano barium titanate(BT) particles as the filling agent and PVDF as the flexible matrix,the three-layer composite film with a sandwich structure(PVDF/BT//PVDF//PVDF/BT) was prepared by solution casting method and multilayer hot pressing method.The phase structure,micro morphology and dielectric properties of the prepared film were discussed.The results show that the structure of the films obtained by hot pressing is compact without obvious defects.With the increase of BT content,the dielectric constant of the films increases.As the ratio of PVDF:BT was increased to 1:6,the dielectric constant is 38.9,which is 412% higher than that of pure PVDF,and the three-layer composite film still has good flexibility.The comprehensive experimental research content of the PVDF/BT nanocomposite film involves material composition,structure,design,preparation and performance.Through the comprehensive experiment,students can further understand the main content of research in the field of materials science,which plays a positive role in promoting the formation of students’ innovative thinking.
