摘 要:为保证汽车后下部防护装置试验结果的可靠性,采用A类、B类不确定度评定方法,对后下部防护装置加载力与最大变形量的试验结果不确定度进行完整评价,得到加载力与最大变形量的不确定度,并与理论计算变形量结果进行对比,得出后下部防护装置最大变形量的区间范围,验证后下防护试验台的试验结果的可靠性。对于汽车后下部防护装置检验检测具有很好的指导意义。In order to ensure the reliability of the test results of the rear lower protection device,the Class A and Class B uncertainty evaluation methods were used to evaluate the uncertainty of the test results of the loading capacity and the maximum deformation of the rear lower protection device,and the uncertainty of the loading force and the maximum deformation is obtained,and the range of the maximum deformation of the rear lower protection device is obtained by comparing with the results of theoretical calculation.It has a good guiding significance for the inspection and detection of automobile rear lower protection device.
