地诺孕素与口服避孕药对子宫内膜异位症术后患者疼痛疗效研究

摘　　要：比较地诺孕素和口服避孕药缓解子宫内膜异位症妇女术后相关疼痛的效果。将120例子宫内膜异位症患者随机分成两组,60例给予口服避孕药,60例给予地诺孕素,治疗前、后用VAS评价总体疼痛程度以及盆腔痛、痛经、性交痛的构成情况。结果表明:口服避孕药和地诺孕素都可缓解子宫内膜异位相关疼痛,但地诺孕素缓解盆腔痛的效果优于口服避孕药。地诺孕素能有效缓解子宫内膜异位症相关疼痛,尤其是子宫内膜异位症引起的盆腔痛。Objective:To compare the effect of Dienogest and oral contraceptives on pain in patients with endometriosis after surgery.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups,with sixty given oral contraceptives and sixty given Dienogest.The overall pain level was evaluated by using VAS both before and after the treatment,and the composition of pelvic pain,dysmenorrhea,and painful sexual intercourse in patients were also evaluated.Results:Both oral contraceptives and Dienogest can relieve endometriosis-related pain,but Dienogest relieves pelvic pain better than oral contraceptives.Dienogest can effectively relieve endometriosis-related pain,especially pelvic pain caused by endometriosis.
