摘　　要：膀胱逼尿肌活动低下(DU)是导致老年男性下尿路症状(LUTS)的常见原因。尽管尿流动力学检查是诊断DU的“金标准”,但是该检查的复杂性和有创性限制了其在临床的广泛应用。因此,临床上亟需找到一种简便、准确且无创的DU诊断方法。本文对DU的无创诊断方法进行综述,并探讨其在临床上的应用价值。Detrusor underactivity(DU)is a prevalent conditions that affect lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS),particularly voiding symptoms in elderly population.Although urodynamic examination is considered as the“gold standard”for diagnosing DU,its invasiveness and complexity limit its wide clinical applications.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop a simple,accurate and non-invasive diagnostic method for DU.This article reviews the non-invasive diagnostic methods of DU and discusses its clinical application values.
