绿色植物生长调节剂GGR对玉米生长发育及产量的影响

摘　　要：为验证以绿色植物生长调节剂GGR 6号为功能性成分的GGR微量元素拌种剂(玉米专用)和GGR含氨基酸水溶肥(玉米专用)在玉米栽培中的应用效果,以玉米品种郑单958为试验材料,采用水培与大田相结合的试验方法,研究GGR微量元素拌种剂(玉米专用)和GGR含氨基酸水溶肥(玉米专用)配合施用对玉米生长发育及产量的影响。结果表明,与CK相比,玉米播前拌种和叶面追肥时施用植物生长调节剂能有效提高种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数以及苗期幼苗株高、茎粗、根系数量、壮苗指数、叶片光合色素含量等生长指标,最终提高玉米穗长、穗粒数、千粒重等产量指标。2 g GGR微量元素拌种剂(玉米专用)拌种1 kg、大喇叭口期叶面喷施25 g·L^(-1)尿素+7.5 g·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾+0.5 g·L^(-1) GGR(玉米专用)、灌浆期叶面喷施25 g·L^(-1)尿素+10 g·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾+0.5 g·L^(-1) GGR(玉米专用)施肥配比下,玉米种子萌发指标、幼苗生长指标和产量构成指标均显著高于CK,玉米产量提高了8.31%,是效果最佳的施肥配比。In order to verify the application effect of GGR trace element seed dressing agent-maize special and GGR amino acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer-maize special with green plant growth regulator GGR 6as functional component in corn cultivation,Zhengdan 958variety maize was used as the experimental material in this experiment.The combination of hydroponics and field experiments were used to study the effects of GGR trace element seed dressing agent-maize special and GGR amino acid water-soluble fertilizer-maize special on maize growth and yield.The results showed that compared with CK,the application of plant growth regulators during seed dressing before sowing and foliar topdressing of maize could effectively improve the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of seeds,as well as the growth indexes such as plant height,stem diameter,root number,seedling index and photosynthetic pigment content of leaves at seedling stage,and finally improved the yield indexes such as ear length,grain number per ear and thousand grain weight of maize.During 2g GGR trace element seed dressing agent-maize special seed dressing 1kg,foliar spraying 25g·L^(-1)urea+7.5g·L^(-1)potassium dihydrogen phosphate+0.5g·L^(-1)GGR-maize special at large bell mouth period,foliar spraying 25g·L^(-1)urea+10g·L^(-1)potassium dihydrogen phosphate+0.5g·L^(-1)GGR-maize special at filling period,the germination index,seedling growth index and yield component index of maize were significantly higher than CK,and the yield of maize increased by 8.31%,which is the best fertilization ratio.
