摘 要:为解决塔机变幅小车上起升和变幅钢丝绳使用过程中出现的安全问题,本研究运用SOLIDWORKS三维仿真设计技术,分析了起升和变幅钢丝绳在不同工况使用过程中的运动规律,建立了钢丝绳挡圈型防窜槽装置和张紧装置三维模型,并基于ABAQUS软件进行有限元分析校核。结果表明,通过三维仿真设计和有限元分析校核得到的结构模型是可行的;经过项目应用后,表明该装置可有效解决钢丝绳跳绳、卡绳、脱槽、窜槽导致起升钢丝绳断裂以及变幅钢丝绳受力拉长后下坠导致防断绳保护装置失效的问题,避免安全事故的发生,保障施工人员人身安全,具有良好的应用前景和价值。In order to solve the safety problems during lifting and changing wire rope on tower crane luffing trolley,the movement laws of lifting and changing wire rope under different operating conditions are analyzed by using SOLIDWORKS three-dimensional simulation design technology,the three-dimensional model of wire rope anti-channeling groove device and tensioning device is established,and the finite element analysis and verification is carried out based on ABAQUS software in this research.The result showed that the structural model obtained by three-dimensional simulation design and finite element analysis is feasible.After project application,it demonstrated that the device hold the ability to effectively solve the problems of rope breakage protection device caused by rope skipping,rope clamping,grooving and channeling,and the failure of rope breaking protection device caused by falling of luffing rope after being stretched by force,thus avoiding the occurrence of safety accidents and ensuring the personal safety of construction workers.It has a good application prospect and value.
