摘 要:浅丘地区地下综合管廊的高填方路基易形成较大的沉降变形,不同的填筑施工方法对沉降量产生不同的影响。采用何种施工方案来有效控制浅丘地区综合管廊高填方路基沉降是工程中亟需解决的关键问题。为此,本文以实际工程为研究对象,建立了包含路基、管廊以及下部和周边土层在内的三维有限元分析模型。通过数值计算,分析了常规填土施工、半填半挖、先填后挖三种施工方案对综合管廊高填方路基沉降的影响特征规律。计算结果表明,相较于常规填土施工方案,半填半挖法的最大沉降降低了7.5%,先填后挖法的最大沉降降低了10.6%,常规填土、半填半挖和先填后挖的路基顶部工后一年最大沉降量分别为37.0 cm、30.0 cm和24.7 cm。由此可以得出结论,相较于其他两种方案,先填后挖方案能更好地减小高填方路基沉降,其管廊底部的沉降量小于常规填土和半填半挖施工方案,在控制高填方路基工后沉降方面也具有更好的效果。The high fill subgrade of underground utility tunnel in shallow hilly area is easy to form large settlement deformation,and different methods of embankment construction have different influences on settlement.In order to effectively control the subsidence of the high fill subgrade of the utility tunnel in shallow hilly areas,the key issue requires to be solved in this project is which construction scheme should be adopted.Therefore,this study takes the actual project as the research object,and establishes a three-dimensional finite element analysis model.containing the subgrade,the pipe gallery,and the lower and peripheral soil layers.Through numerical calculations,the characteristic patterns of the influence of three construction schemes on the subsidence of the high fill subgrade of the comprehensive pipe gallery were analyzed,considering the conventional fill construction scheme,part-cut-part-fill scheme,and filling after excavation scheme.The calculation results show that compared with the conventional fill construction scheme,maximum subsidence of the part-cut-part-fill scheme is reduced by 7.5%,and the maximum subsidence of the filling after excavation scheme is reduced by 10.6%.The maximum subsidence of the post-construction after one year of the top of the subgrade adopting conventional fill scheme,part-cut-part-fill scheme and filling after excavation scheme are 37.0 cm,30.0 cm and 24.7 cm,respectively.It was found that the filling after excavation scheme can effectively reduce the settlement of the high fill subgrade,and the settlement at the bottom of the pipe gallery is less than that of the conventional fill construction scheme and part-cut-part-fill scheme.Filling after excavation scheme was also found to have more positive effects on controlling the post-work settlement of the high fill subgrade.
