摘 要:鉴于传统的锚杆静压桩技术难以有效对底板位于地下水位以下的承压地下室进行地基加固和沉降控制,可能会造成建筑物的不均匀沉降,本文采用再造防水层联合传统锚杆静压桩技术,开展位于地下水位以下的承压地下室的地基加固和沉降控制应用研究。结果表明,该方法可有效避免压桩过程中底板发生渗漏,从而使压桩过程得以顺利进行,可使建筑物各点沉降速率的发展逐渐趋于稳定,从而有效减缓建筑物的不均匀沉降。具有较高的工程应用前景和价值。Since the traditional anchor jacked pile technology is difficult to effectively strengthen the foundation and control the settlement of the pressurized basement with the bottom plate below the groundwater level,which may cause the uneven settlement of the building.In this study,the application research of building construction with settlement control and foundation reinforcement of the confined basement located below the groundwater level is carried out by using the reconstructed waterproof layer combined with the traditional anchor jacked pile technology.The results showed that this method can effectively avoid the floor leakage during pile pressing,so that the pile pressing process can be carried out smoothly,and the development of the settlement rate of each point of the building can gradually become stable,thus effectively slowing down the uneven settlement of the building..It has high engineering application prospect and value.
