摘 要:为提高赤泥的综合利用率,本试验采用一种不产生泛霜的赤泥免烧凝胶体制备方法。在赤泥高掺量(大于70%)的条件下,探究水泥、石灰掺量和养护时间对赤泥免烧砖性能的影响,并监测其浸出液中Na^(+)含量。结果表明,赤泥用量为100 g,当水泥添加量为25%,石灰添加量为3%,激发剂用量为3%时,制得的赤泥免烧胶凝体养护15 d,抗压强度和抗折强度分别达到11.32 MPa和2.64 MPa,无泛霜,强度达GB/T 5101-2017《烧结普通砖》MU10等级。赤泥中Na^(+)得到有效固定,水平振荡法测得添加水泥和石灰后Na^(+)浸出质量浓度从赤泥原渣的2.0135 g/L分别降低到0.4235 g/L和0.4285 g/L。For the purpose of improving the comprehensive utilization of red mud,this paper proposed a preparation method of red mud unburned gel without frosting.The red mud unburned cementitious body was prepared under the condition of high content(red mud content more than 70%),and the effects of cement,lime and curing time on the properties of red mud unburned bricks were investigated,and the Na^(+)content in the leaching solution was monitored.The results show that for 100 g red mud,when the amount of cement is 25%,the amount of lime is 3%,and the amount of activator is 3%,the compressive strength and flexural strength of the prepared red mud unburned gel at 15 d are 11.32 MPa and 2.64 MPa,respectively,without frosting,and the strength reaches the MU10 level of GB/T 5101-2017"Fired common bricks".Na^(+)in the red mud was effectively fixed.The leaching concentration of Na^(+)decreased from 2.0135 g/L to 0.4235 g/L and 0.4285 g/L respectively after adding cement and lime.
