摘 要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为溶剂,通过冷冻解冻法制备物理交联PVA(DMSO)/KCl水凝胶;通过脱水过程进行化学交联,制得双交联B-PVA(DMSO)/KCl水凝胶;最后通过在其表面附着导电物质聚吡咯(PPy)制得柔性导电PPy/B-PVA(DMSO)/KCl水凝胶膜。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)仪、X射线衍射(XRD)仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能量色散谱(EDS)仪及电化学工作站对PPy/B-PVA(DMSO)/KCl水凝胶膜进行性能表征。结果表明,制得的水凝胶膜在加入PPy后,放电时间由55.2 s增至117.8 s,质量比电容由92 F/g增至196.3 F/g,能量密度由4.6 Wh/kg增至9.82 Wh/kg,循环1000次充放电后,电容保持率达到98.5%,具备优异的稳定性能和电化学性能。The physically crosslinked hydrogel was prepared by freezing and thawing method with PVA as raw material and DOMS as solvent.The hydrogel was then chemically cross-linked through the dehydration process to produce a double cross-linked hydrogel,and finally,a flexible conductive PPy/B-PVA(DMSO)/KCl hydrogel membrane was prepared by attaching a conductive material on its surface.The performances of the PPy/B-PVA(DMSO)/KCl hydrogel membranes were characterized by FTIR,XRD,SEM,EDS,and electrochemical workstation.The results show that after adding PPy,the discharge time of the hydrogel film can increase from 55.2 s to 117.8 s,the mass-specific capacitance increases from 92 F/g to 196.3 F/g,and the energy density increases from 4.6 Wh/kg to 9.82 Wh/kg.After 1000 cycles of charge and discharge,the capacitance retention rate reaches 98.5%,and it has excellent stability and electrochemical performance.
