摘 要:以50%掺量高温改性磷石膏-矿渣粉-水泥砂浆(HPGM)为研究对象,探究单掺和复掺生石灰、硅灰对HPGM稠度、抗压强度及耐水性的影响规律。结果表明,单掺生石灰或硅灰时,HPGM抗压强度及耐水性随生石灰掺量的增加先升高后降低,随硅灰掺量的增加而逐渐升高。当生石灰与硅灰掺量均为5%时,HPGM 28 d抗压强度达42.4 MPa。当复掺3%生石灰与7%硅灰时,HPGM耐水性明显提升,其软化系数为0.79。The effects of single-doped and re-doped quicklime and silica ash on the consistency,compressive strength,and water resistance of HPGM were investigated by means of large-doping(50%)high-temperature modified phosphogypsum-mineral powder-cement mortar(HPGM).The results show that when quicklime or silica ash is single-mixed,the strength and water resistance of HPGM increase and then decrease with the increase of the quicklime dosage,and gradually increase with the increase of the silica ash dosage.When the dosage of quicklime and silica ash is 5%,respectively,the 28 d compressive strength of HPGM reaches 42.4 MPa;When 3%quicklime and 7%silica ash are mixed,the strength water resistance of HPGM improves significantly,and its softening coefficient is 0.79.
