摘  要:以福建南平建阳地区某建盏生产企业泥坯和腐殖酸钠为原料,考察腐殖酸钠添加量、泥坯陈腐时间对泥坯可塑性及建盏外观的影响。结果表明,当腐殖酸钠添加量达到3‰,陈腐时间为20 d时,泥坯可塑性指标达到最高,为161.55 cm·kg,同时建盏烧制外形更具复古美感。Using the jianzhan mud body of a manufacturing enterprise from Jianyang area of Nanping,Fujian Province and sodium humate as the raw materials,effects of the addition amount of sodium humate and aging time on the plasticity of the mud body and the appearance of the jianzhan were investigated.The results showed that when the amount of sodium humate was 3‰and the aging time was 20 d,the plasticity index of mud body was the highest,which reached 161.55 cm·kg,and the antique beauty of the jianzhan can be increased.
