摘 要:以BaS和Na_(2)SO_(4)为原料,采用直接沉淀法制备BaSO_(4)粉体。对BaSO_(4)的晶相、形貌和粒径分布进行表征,研究了影响BaSO_(4)粉体粒径的因素。结果表明,提高Na_(2)SO_(4)溶液浓度,加快滴加速度,或提高反应温度,BaSO_(4)粉体平均粒径均显著增加。Na_(2)SO_(4)浓度为0.4 mol/L,滴加速度为10 mL/min,粒径范围和平均粒径均随反应温度的升高而逐渐增大,平均粒径由40℃时的8.380μm增加到100℃时的14.129μm。在100℃使用乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)后,粒径范围明显缩小,平均粒径降至4.961μm。使用理论沉淀质量2%、4%和6%的硬脂酸钠改性,用量为2%时粉体分散性最好,粒径为0.953μm。通过调节Na_(2)SO_(4)溶液浓度和滴加速度,再用适量EDTA和硬脂酸钠等工艺优化措施,采用直接沉淀法可以制备出亚微米级BaSO_(4)粉体。BaSO_(4) was prepared from BaS and Na_(2)SO_(4) by direct precipitation method.The crystal phase,morphology and particle size distribution of BaSO_(4) were characterized,and the factors affecting the particle size of BaSO_(4) powder were studied.The results showed that the average particle size of BaSO_(4) powder can be significantly increased by increasing the concentration of Na_(2)SO_(4) solution,speeding up its dropping rate,or increasing the reaction temperature.At 0.4 mol/L Na_(2)SO_(4) concentration and 10 mL/min dropping rate,the particle size range and average particle size increased with the increase of reaction temperature,the average particle size increased from 8.380μm at 40℃to 14.129μm at 100℃.When EDTA was applied at 100℃,the particle size range was significantly reduced to 4.961μm.The dispersibility was improved by using sodium stearate with the mass ratio of 2%,4%and 6%.The dispersibility was the best at 2%,and the average particle size was 0.953μm.The results showed that submicron BaSO_(4) powder can be prepared using direct precipitation method by adjusting the Na_(2)SO_(4) solution concentration and dropping rate,and then using appropriate content of EDTA and sodium stearate.
