摘  要:以缅甸某地大鳞片石墨矿为原料,针对该地区石墨矿粒度嵌布复杂,浮选过程中泥化严重等特点进行选矿试验研究。在原矿性质分析的基础上,确定粗选条件为:磨矿细度-0.180 mm占比74.97%,脱泥粒度10μm,煤油用量176 g/t,2#油用量73 g/t,粗精矿固定碳含量(质量分数)与回收率分别达到61.29%和93.25%。在此条件下进行精选开、闭路试验,最终确定较为适宜的浮选工艺为:原矿粗磨脱泥后经1次粗选、1次扫选,粗选精矿与扫选精矿合并后经3次再磨4次精选的闭路流程,得到的浮选精矿固定碳含量92.58%,回收率94.75%,+0.150 mm粒级占比42.81%。Taking the large flake graphite ore in a certain place of Myanmar as the raw material,the beneficiation experiments were carried out according to the characteristics of the graphite ore in this area,such as complex particle size inlay and large mud content in the flotation process.Based on the nature of the original ore,the roughing conditions were determined that grinding fineness was 74.97%,the amount of mud particle size was 10μm,the amount of kerosene was 176 g/t,and the amount of 2#oil consumption was 73 g/t.The content and recovery rate of ore fixed carbon reached 61.29%and 93.25%,respectively.Under these conditions,the opening and closed-circuit test were performed,and the more suitable closed floatation processes were finally determined:the original ore was roughly grinded and deslimed,then through one time of roughing,one time of scavenging,the roughing and scavenging concentrate were mixed and then through three times of regrinding,four times of cleaning,the fixed carbon content of flotation concentrate was 92.58%,the recovery rate was 94.75%,and the grain content of more than 0.150 mm was 42.81%.
