摘  要:以硅酸盐水泥为主要原料,掺杂活化钼尾矿(AMoT)制备发泡水泥。研究了活化钼尾矿掺量、发泡剂用量、水灰比和纤维用量对样品性能的影响,结果表明,当AMoT掺量为20%,发泡剂用量为6%,水灰比为0.55,聚丙烯纤维用量为0.35%时,发泡水泥样品养护28 d,抗压强度为1.68 MPa,气孔率为32.4%。掺入AMoT起到一定填充作用,使气孔有所改善,有利于提高体系强度。Foaming cement was prepared from silicate cement and activated molybdenum tailings(AMoT).The effects of the content of AMoT,foaming agent,water cement ratio and fiber on the properties of the samples were studied.The results show that when the content of AMoT is 20%,the foaming agent is 6%,the ratio of water to cement is 0.55 and the fiber is 0.35%,the compressive strength and porosity of the foaming cement sample after curing for 28 days is 1.68 MPa and 32.4%,respectively.The addition of AMoT plays a certain filling role and improves the porosity,which is conducive to improving the strength of the system.
