摘  要:采用高温煅烧法制备绿沸石-牡蛎壳复合材料(GZO),研究造孔剂与黏结剂用量比、绿沸石与牡蛎壳的物料比、煅烧温度、煅烧时间对GZO性能的影响,确定最佳制备条件为:造孔剂(NaHCO_(3))与黏结剂(Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O)质量比为1.2 g∶6 g、绿沸石与牡蛎壳质量比为2 g∶8 g、煅烧温度为500℃,煅烧时间为2.5 h;在此条件下探讨GZO投加量、吸附温度和时间对污染物去除效果的影响。结果表明,GZO添加量为20 g/L,在25℃下吸附3 d,总磷(TP)、氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)、叶绿素a(Chl-a)和浊度(TUB)的去除率分别达到94.8%、58.6%、86.6%和55.5%,且散失率小于等于6%;对NH_(4)^(+)-N和TP的吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Freundlich等温吸附模型。本试验达到同步吸氮除磷除藻,为藻型富营养化水体的污染修复、废弃物资源化利用提供了复合净水材料和新技术。Using high-temperature calcination to prepare chlorine-oyster shell composite material(GZO),the optimal preparation conditions were obtained:the mass ratio of pore-making agent(NaHCO_(3))and binder(Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O)was 1.2 g∶6 g,the mass ratio of green zeolite and oyster shell was 2 g∶8 g,the calcination temperature was 500℃and the calcination time was 2.5 h.Under these conditions,the effects of GZO dosage,treatment temperature and treatment time on pollutant removal were discussed.The results showed that the removal rates of total phosphorus(TP),ammonia nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N),chlorophyll a(Chl-a)and turbidity(TUB)were 94.8%,58.6%,86.6%,and 55.5%,respectively,after adding 20 g/L GZO at 25℃for 3 d,the loss rate was less than or equal to 6%.The adsorption process of NH_(4)^(+)-N and TP conforms to the quasi-second-order kinetic model and Freundlich isothermal adsorption model.It can achieve simultaneous nitrogen absorption,phosphorus removal and algae removal,and provide composite water purification materials and new technologies for the pollution restoration of algal eutrophication water bodies,the resource utilization of waste.
