冷轧机组库存控制策略的敏感性分析

摘　　要：冷轧生产具有多流向、多约束的特点,库存控制不合理会导致生产瓶颈、涨库停机等问题。足够多的库存能够保证连续生产,但同时也意味着巨大的库存成本,怎样界定合理的库存控制策略成为了冷轧机组降本增效的关键问题。结合实际生产数据,通过敏感性分析研究机组产能和初始库存对库存波动的影响,并针对不同的生产情景提出了相应的库存控制策略,使库存在满足连续生产需要的同时有效降低库存成本。The production in cold rolling line is characterized with multi-flow and multi-constriant.Unreasonable inventory control policies may lead to problems including production bottleneck and machine halt.Enough number of inventory ensures the continuous production,but results in huge stock-holding cost meanwhile.To achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement for cold rolling,the key issue is how to define a rational inventory control policy.Based on the field data,this paper studied the impact of production capacity and initial inventory on inventory fluctuation.Moreover,inventory control policies under different production situations are proposed,which can efficiently reduce the inventory cost by meeting the demands for continuous production.
