摘  要:采用CSLM、SEM、EDS分析了冲压成型后的270 MPa级合金化热镀锌钢板表面锌渣缺陷的3D轮廓、形貌及成分。结果表明:当锌锅内带钢速度超过底渣临界泛起速度时,锌液紊流会卷起部分FeZn_(10)Al_(x)底渣黏附带钢表面,不规则的FeZn_(10)Al_(x)颗粒在光整后表面形貌变得致密且伴随有裂纹。模具冲压后,FeZn_(10)Al_(x)颗粒高出镀层表面,宏观上表征为冲压件表面点状缺陷。通过制定合理的生产工艺、定期进行捞渣作业等可以有效减少合金化热镀锌汽车外板表面锌渣缺陷。The 3D image,morphology and element content of zinc dross on the surface of press-formed 270 MPa galvannealed steel sheet were investigated by CSLM,SEM and EDS.The results showed that the irregular FeZn_(10)Al_(x)particles were stuck to the surface of strip by the flow field in zinc pot when the strip speed was larger than the critical rising speed of bottom dross.The surface of FeZn_(10)Al_(x)particles became compressed with cracks after skin-pass rolling.It turned into spot defect because the height of zinc dross exceeded that of the zinc coating after press forming.Formulating logical production process and salvaging zinc dross regularly can reduce the zinc dross defect on the surface of galvannealed automobile outer panel.
