摘 要:采用不同脉冲能量的激光清洗钢板表面的残留物,通过SEM、EDS、反射率法、水膜法、残碳分析仪、模拟热镀锌和0T折弯测试分析,研究激光清洗冷轧板表面残留物所需脉冲能量、表面质量和热镀性能。结果表明:激光清洗系统可以实现冷轧板表面残留物的清洗,脉冲能量会影响钢板表面状态;在激光清洗过程中,表面会产生疏水性结构,导致钢板表面水膜覆盖不上去;初步推断激光清洗后的钢板表面状态不影响热镀锌可镀性和镀层附着力。The residues on the surface of the cold rolled sheet were cleaning by pulse laser at different energies.By SEM,EDS,reflectivity method,water film method,residual carbon analyzer,simulated hot-dip galvanizing and 0T bending test,the pulse energy,surface quality and hot-dip performance of laser cleaning residues on the surface of the cold-rolled sheet were investigated.The results show that,the laser cleaning system can clean the residues on the surface of the cold-rolled sheet,and the pulse energy will affect the surface state of the cold rolled sheet.During the laser cleaning process,the surface will have a hydrophobic structure,causing the water film on the surface of the cold rolled sheet to not be covered.Preliminary inference,the surface state of the cold rolled sheet after the laser cleaning does not affect the galvanizing ability and coating adhesion.
