摘 要:针对大生产中的AlMgSi系铝合金大规格扁铸锭常见低倍粗晶及组织不均匀典型缺陷,采用传统光学显微镜(OM)与电子显微分析术扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、波谱仪(EPMA)以及痕量分析如飞行时间二次离子质谱(TOP-SIMS)和无损X射线显微术(XDCT)等多类型原理和具有不同检测范围的显微定量分析技术相结合,对铝合金大生产扁铸锭低倍异常组织、成分、痕量元素分布等因素的统计性规律进行表征。结果表明:显微分析技术的综合应用在解析宏观组织异常缺陷以及溯源分析有较好作用。比对结果显示,粗晶与细晶区域内痕量元素及主合金元素分布不均匀,孔隙率有较大差异;缺陷与细化剂质量有遗传关系。Aiming at the typical defects of coarse grain and inhomogeneous microstructure in large size flat ingot of AlMgSi aluminum alloy,traditional optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),electron probe micro analysis(EPMA),time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry(TOF-SIMS)and Xradia Context microCT(XDCT)were used to characterize qualitatively and quantitatively about the difference of structure,composition and element distribution.The results show that the comprehensive application of microanalysis technologies have a good effect in the analysis of macro structure such as abnormal defects and trace element analysis.The results show that the distribution of trace elements and main alloy elements in coarse-grained and fine-grained regions is inhomogeneous,and the porosity is quite different.There is a genetic relationship between the defects and the quality of refiner.
