摘　　要：目的对某3所军队院校新入学学员尿毒品检测中出现的假阳性结果进行分析并探讨造成假阳性的干扰因素,给出规避假阳性结果的合理化建议。方法采用胶体金法对军队院校3665例新入学学员进行尿液中吗啡、甲基安非他明和氯胺酮毒品检测,对出现假阳性的8例阳性反应者结合身体健康状况,调查用药史和特殊饮食情况,嘱咐停药3、5d后采用同方法、同试剂复查尿毒品两次。结果3665例样本中,检出阳性反应者8例(6例吗啡阳性,2例甲基安非他明阳性),阳性率为0.22%;8例初筛反应阳性者停用任何药物3、5d后复测尿毒品,两次检测结果全部为阴性。结论胶体金法检测尿毒品造成假阳性的干扰因素主要为服用药物导致,包括感冒药、止咳药、胃痛药和鼻炎药。院校应加强学员体检前的宣传教育,应在体检前3d停止用药,以免因用药出现尿毒品检测假阳性对学员造成心理负担。Objective To analyze the false positive results in urine drug testing of new recruits in three military colleges and to explore the interference factors causing false positive results,and to further provide reasonable suggestions to avoid future false positive results.Methods Using colloidal gold method for 3665 new entrance students in military academies and schools in the urine morphine,methyl amphetamine and ketamine drug testing,we evaluated false positive results of 8 cases of positive reaction in combination with their physical health,medication history and special diets,as well as charge withdrawal for three days,five days,then checked with the same method with the reagent urine drug twice.Results Among selected 3665 samples,8 cases(6 morphine positive,2 methamphetamine positive)were detected,and the positive rate was 0.22%.Eight patients with positive reaction in the initial screening were re-tested for urine drugs three days and five days after discontinuing any drugs,and the results of two tests were all negative.Conclusion The interference factors of false positive in detecting urine drugs by colloidal gold method are mainly caused by medicine usage,including cold medicine,cough medicine,stomachache medicine and rhinitis medicine.Colleges and universities should strengthen the publicity and education before the physical examination of students.Students should stop taking drugs three days before the physical examination,so as to avoid the psychological burden caused by false positive urine drug test due to drug use.
