摘　　要：目的通过对湘潭地区育龄女性TORCH感染筛查结果进行总结分析,了解湘潭地区育龄女性TORCH感染情况,为本市改进优生优育工作提供数据参考。方法选取2017年1月至2021年12月在湘潭市妇幼保健院进行孕前筛查和孕期普查的妇女共23687例,采用化学发光免疫分析法(CLIA)进行血清anti-TORCH检测。结果湘潭地区育龄女性的弓形虫、风疹病毒、巨细胞病毒、单纯疱疹病毒IgM抗体阳性检出率分别为0.24%、0.34%、0.53%和16.42%,IgG抗体阳性检出率分别为1.51%、83.75%、96.93%和82.16%。低龄组(15至35周岁)女性HSV_(1+2)-IgM阳性检出率高于高龄组(35至49岁)。CMV-IgM阳性检出率以秋季为高发期,HSV_(1+2)-IgM阳性检出率以夏、秋两季为高发期。2017~2021年间湘潭地区育龄妇女HSV_(1+2)-IgM的阳性检出率逐年升高,最高为20.99%。结论开展育龄女性TORCH感染筛查工作,对优生优育及提高人口素质具有非常重要意义。Objective To analyze the screening results of TORCH infection among women of childbearing age in Xiangtan area,and to better understand the status of TORCH infection among women of childbearing age in Xiangtan area,and to further provide data reference for the improvement of eugenics in city area.Methods A total of 23687 women who were screened before pregnancy and surveyed during pregnancy at Xiangtan Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January,2017 to December,2021 were selected for serum anti-TORCH testing by chemoluminescence immunoassay(CLIA).Results The positive rates of IgM antibodies were 0.24%,0.34%,0.53%and 16.42%,respectively,and the positive rates of IgG antibodies were 1.51%,83.75%,96.93%and 82.16%,respectively.HSV_(1+2)-IgM positive detection rate of lower age group(15 to 35 years old)was higher than that of the senior age group(Ages 35 to 49).CMV-IgM positive rate was high in autumn and HSV_(1+2)-IgM positive rate was high in summer and autumn.Between 2017 and 2021,the positive detection rate of HSV_(1+2)-IgM among women of childbearing age in Xiangtan area increased yearly,up to 20.99%.Conclusion The screening of TORCH infection among women of childbearing age is of great significance for eugenics and the improvement of the quality of the population.
