摘  要:根据低温环境用特厚风电结构钢板SM490YB的技术要求和使用特点,通过优化成分设计和轧制工艺,研究分析冷却速度对组织和硬度以及加热温度、保温时间对组织和性能的影响,成功开发出115 mm厚、具备优异心部-50℃低温冲击性能的特厚风电结构钢板SM490YB。检验结果表明:特厚风电结构钢板SM490YB的内部质量良好,屈服强度、抗拉强度和心部-50℃低温韧性优异,各项性能指标均满足设计要求。According to the technical requirements and application features of SM490YB extra heavy steel plate for wind power structure in the low temperature service environment,the effects of the cooling rate on microstructure and hardness,the reheating temperature and holding time on microstructure and mechanical properties are studied by optimizing chemical composition design and rolling process,SM490YB extra heavy steel plate for wind power structure of 115 mm thickness and with low temperature impact properties at-50℃is successfully developed.The test results show that the extra heavy steel plate SM490YB is of good soundness,excellent yield strength,tensile strength and low temperature toughness at-50℃,of which all the properties indicators satisfy the engineering requirements.
