摘  要:通过数学模拟和物理模拟方法,对50吨级扁平钢锭的动态凝固过程进行研究。同时在冒口自然冷却、电渣加热、电渣加热+补缩浇铸、电渣加热+补缩浇铸+氩气吹拂等4种条件下,对比钢锭中上部质量变化情况。在试验研究基础上,进行了国内首次冒口电渣加热技术的工业化应用,并对电渣渣系、供电制度等进行了有益探索和应用实践。根据前期的热试情况,利用该技术生产扁锭,所轧制的230 mm特厚钢板探伤达到GB/T 2970—2016标准Ⅱ级水平,内部质量得到改善。By means of methmatical and physical simulation,the dynamic solidification process of 50 tonnage flat ingot is studied.The quality variation of middle and upper ingot is compared under four conditions of riser natural cooling,electroslag heating,electroslag heating+feeding pouring,electroslag heating+feeding pouring+argon blowing,on which industrial application of riser electroslag heating technology is implemented for the first time at home,the electroslag system and power supply system are investigated and practised in application.According to initial hot commissioning,the flaw detection result of 230 mm thickness steel plate from flat ingot reaches to GB/T 2970—2016 standard Level II with impoved quality.
