摘  要:某公司4300 mm中厚板生产线轧制X70级管线钢出现板型和头尾鼓包问题,对此展开原因分析并采取应对措施。通过精轧阶段轧制规程优化、轧制速度模式的合理设置及弯辊力、辊身冷却水调整,配合“燕尾”轧制方法应用,解决了板型不佳与头尾鼓包问题,大大提高了板型合格率与成材率,为管线钢生产工艺的制定提供了重要的理论依据和实践经验,同时也为生产高附加值产品奠定了基础。The problem of poor plate shape,head and tail buldge occurs on X70 grade pipeline steel produced in the 4300 mm medium and heavy plate production line of a steelworks.In order to resolve the problem,the causes are analysed and relevant measures are taken.By optimizing the finish rolling schedule,rational setting up the rolling speed mode,the bending force and roll body cooling water trimming in combination with Swallow Tail Rolling Method application,the problem of poor plate shape,head and tail buldge is resolved,the plate shape qualification rate and yield ratio are greatly improved,which provides predominant theoretical basis and practical experience for the establishment of pipeline steel production process,sets up the foundation of high value-added product production.
