摘 要:通过取样研究探伤不合格09MnNiDR低温容器钢板的宏观及微观组织,对导致探伤不合格的缺陷产生原因进行分析。结合对冶炼、轧制工艺及设备状况等环节进行的比对,确定连铸机辊缝偏离标准要求造成铸坯中心偏析,严重时产生中心裂纹,是钢板探伤不合格的主要原因。采取设备精度校正和工艺改进措施,杜绝了此类问题的再次发生。The macrostructure and microstructure of disqualified 09MnNiDR steel plate for low temperature in flaw detection are studied by taking samples,the causes of the defects leading to flaw detection disqualification are analysed.Comparison is carried out in combination with steelmaking process,rolling process and equipment condition,which determines that the strand central segregation due to the deviation of caster roll gap to the standard requirement and the central cracks formed due to severe segregation are the major causes of the disqualified steel plate in flaw detection.By taking equipment precision calibration and process improvement measures,such problems are prevented from recurrence.
