摘  要:目的测试一款新型紫外发光二极管(LED)设备对载体上测试菌的杀灭能力,对其可能影响消毒效果的因素进行深入分析。方法以金黄色葡萄球菌滴染载体作为研究对象,经紫外LED在各参数条件下照射作用,采用载体定量杀菌试验测定其消毒效果。结果紫外LED随着辐照距离增加,光强度与消毒效果均呈明显的下降趋势,以10 cm照射2~3 s,对光滑玻片上测试菌杀灭对数值>3.0,延长至60 cm杀灭对数值下降为2.84,将辐照时间延长至5 s又可达到消毒效果。不同载体分析表明LED紫外对玻片和不锈钢片等清洁光滑表面消毒效果较好,对纸张也有一定的消毒效果,而布片消毒效果较差。低温环境下紫外LED消毒能力有所下降,需近距离直接照射方可达到一定消毒效果。结论紫外LED在短距离直接照射于光滑表面,可达到良好的消毒效果,但多种影响因素的存在对其现场应用的可靠性和规范性提出了挑战。Objective To study the germicidal efficacy of a ultraviolet LED device on the test carriers and analyze the influencing factors of disinfection systematically.Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test with Staphylococcus aureus was used to determine the antimicrobial performance of the ultraviolet LED equipment under various parameters.Results The irradiation intensity and disinfection effect of ultraviolet LED device decreased with the increase of irradiation distance.The logarithm of killing bacteria on smooth glass slides was greater than 3.0 tested at the irradiated distance of 10 cm for 2-3 s,and decreased to 2.84 at a distance of 60 cm,and returned to>3.0 with irradiated time of 5 s.Ultraviolet LED revealed a better disinfection effect on clean and smooth surfaces such as glass and stainless steel,as well as paper,in contrast with a weak antimicrobial effect on cloth sheets.The disinfection effect of ultraviolet LEDs decreased in low temperature,and direct irradiation at close range was necessary.Conclusions Ultraviolet LED reveals a good disinfection effect when it is directly irradiated on a smooth surface in a short distance,while various influencing factors limits the reliability and standardization of its field application.
