摘 要:快速正确评价消毒效果是保证现场消毒有效的重要措施。目前消毒效果评价仍以培养法为“金标准”,该方法耗时较长且对实验室和人员要求较高。基于金纳米材料的活菌快速检测技术近年来发展较快,本文对常用的3种金纳米活菌检测技术进行分析比对,探讨该技术在消毒效果评价领域的研究前景。Rapid and reliable evaluation of disinfection effect is an important measure to ensure effective disinfection on site. At present, the evaluation of disinfection effect is still based on the culture method as the “gold standard”, which is time-consuming and has high requirements for laboratory and personnel. In recent years, technology based on gold nanomaterials has been developed rapidly in the detection of viable bacteria. In this review, three commonly technologies were compared and analyzed, and the research prospect of this technology in the field of disinfection effect evaluation was discussed.
