摘 要:目的分析和评价北京市东城区疫苗冷链系统运行状况,探讨接种场所、人员、冷链存储设备等因素对于冷链监测系统运行的影响,提高北京市东城区疫苗冷链管理工作水平。方法采用回顾性调查方法,收集2021年北京市东城区预防接种单位的疫苗冷链工作相关数据,采用描述性方法对冷链运行状况进行分析。结果北京市东城区共有冷链设备326台,正常运转的260台(79.75%)中的231台装备了自动化冷链监测系统。2021年共采集到正常运转的231台疫苗冷链设备的99304932条温度监测数据,共监测到超温预警3341次,预警发生率0.34/万。其中,常规预防接种门诊超温预警1895次,预警发生率0.23/万;新冠临时接种场所超温预警1446次,预警发生率0.86/万,两者差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=1666.38,P<0.001)。冷库超温预警9次,预警发生率0.06/万;普通冰箱超温预警2955次,预警发生率0.36/万;低温冰箱超温预警377次,预警发生率0.24/万,三者差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=85.66,P<0.001)。超温预警的主要原因为疫苗出入库时间长2292次(68.60%),整理疫苗时间长464次(13.89%),传感器摆放位置欠佳378次(11.31%)。结论北京市东城区现有冷链设备基本能够满足辖区预防接种工作冷链存储需求,自动化冷链监测系统运行平稳,全面提升了疫苗冷链系统管理水平。今后要继续加大专业培训力度,制定完善的冷链储运管理制度和应急预案,进一步规范操作。Objective To analyze and evaluate the operational status of the vaccine cold chain system in Dongcheng district,and to explore the influence of vaccination site,personnel,cold chain storage equipment and other factors on the operation of the cold chain monitoring system,and to improve the level of the vaccine cold chain management in Dongcheng district.Methods A retrospective survey method was used in this study.The vaccine cold chain monitoring data of vaccination clinics in Dongcheng district of 2021 was collected,and the operational condition of the vaccine cold chain was analyzed by descriptive method.Results A total of 326 vaccine cold chain equipment were equipped to vaccination clinics in Dongcheng district,of which 260(79.75%)were in normal operation,and of which 231 were equipped with automatic cold chain monitoring system.In 2021,a total of 99304932 pieces of temperature monitoring data of vaccine cold chain equipment were collected,and a total of 3341 early warnings were monitored,with an incidence of 0.34/10000.Of which,there were 1895 early warnings sent from routine vaccination clinics,with an incidence of early warning of 0.23/10000;and there were 1446 early warnings sent from COVID-19 vaccine temporary vaccination site,with an incidence of early warning of 0.86/10000.The difference in incidence was statistically significant(χ^(2)=1666.38,P<0.001).There were 9 early warnings for the cold storage,with an occurrence rate of 0.06/10000;there were 2955 early warnings for ordinary refrigerators,with an occurrence rate of 0.36/10000;and there were 377 early warnings for low-temperature refrigerators,with an occurrence rate for warnings of 0.24/10000.The difference in occurrence rate was statistically significant(χ^(2)=85.66,P<0.001).The three main reasons for early warning were that the too long time of vaccine in and out of warehouse(2292 times,68.60%),sorting vaccine(464 times,13.89%)and poor sensor placement(378 times,11.31%).Conclusions The existing cold chain equipment in Dongcheng district of Bei
