摘　　要：针对高校图书馆师资不足的现状,探究如何利用朋辈教育开展图书馆阅读推广。以高校图书馆中采用朋辈教育的实践为例,探索利用朋辈教育开展阅读推广的效果及优化策略。高校图书馆通过举办“朋辈荐读”“朋辈领读”“朋辈讲座”以及真人图书馆等以朋辈教育为主体的阅读推广活动,不仅缓解了高校图书馆师资不足的压力,还为高校图书馆阅读推广提供了新思路,创新阅读推广形式和渠道,吸引更多的读者关注和参与。In view of the present situation of the shortage of teachers in university libraries,this paper probes into how to make use of peer education to carry out library reading promotion.Taking the practice of peer education in university library as an example,this paper explores the effect and optimization strategy of using peer education to carry out reading promotion.The university library holds reading promotion activities,which take peer education as the main body,including“peer recommendation reading”,“peer lead reading”,“peer lecture”and real-life library.Not only alleviate the pressure of insufficient teachers in university library,but also provide new ideas for reading promotion in university library,innovate the form and channel of reading promotion,and attract more readers’attention and participation.
