摘  要:结合弹性力学理论及X射线法(XRD)残余应力检测方法的基本原理论证了不同角度残余应力的XRD检测结果随角度变化遵循余弦函数的分布形式。针对在线淬火的耐磨钢产品采用XRD法进行表面多个角度的残余应力检测,采用不同的寻峰方法获得不同的残余应力计算结果。通过余弦函数拟合的方式对不同测量值的准确性进行验证,发现采用修正后极大值法获得残余应力的拟合效果最佳。根据拟合结果获得该点处完整的平面残余应力状态。Combining with the elastic mechanic theory and the basic principle of detection method for residual stress by X-ray diffraction(XRD), it was proved that the XRD measurement results of residual stress at various angles followed the distribution form of cosine function. The residual stress of wear resistance steel products under on-line quenching was detected by XRD with multi-angle surfaces. The different calculation results of residual stress were obtained using different peak searching methods. The accuracy of different measured values was verified by cosine function fitting, and it was found that the residual stress modified by maximum method had the best fitting effect. The complete plane residual stress state at this point could be obtained according to the fitting results.
