摘 要:与传统Buck变换器相比,二次型Buck变换器实现了与占空比成平方关系的直流电压传输比,具有宽输入电压范围。为实现二次型Buck变换器的抗扰动能力,提出电压控制(voltage controlled)二次型Buck变换器。首先,分析了电压控制二次型Buck变换器的工作原理,并运用伏秒平衡、电荷平衡推导出连续导电模式下电压和电流关系表达式,为设计电路参数和器件选型提供依据。最后,设计并搭建电压控制二次型Buck变换器的实验装置,包括误差放大电路、比较电路、开关管驱动电路以及辅助供电电源。实验研究表明,电压控制二次型Buck变换器在负载瞬态和输入瞬态时,能实现输出电压的稳定。Compared with the traditional buck converter, the quadratic buck converter achieves a DC voltage transmission ratio squared with the duty cycle and has a wide input voltage range. In order to realize the anti disturbance ability of the quadratic buck converter, a voltage controlled quadratic buck converter is proposed. First of all, the working principle of voltage controlled quadratic buck converter is analyzed, and the voltage current relationship expression in continuous conduction mode is derived by using voltage second balance and charge balance, which provides a basis for designing circuit parameters and selecting devices. Finally, an experimental device of voltage controlled quadratic buck converter is designed and built, including error amplifier circuit, comparison circuit, switch driver circuit and auxiliary power supply. The experimental results show that the voltage controlled quadratic buck converter can stabilize the output voltage in load transient and input transient.
