摘  要:建立了一种利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定固定化青霉素酰化酶合成头孢克洛活力的方法,经过验证,头孢克洛在2.879~8.638μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),回收率在99%~101%范围内,RSD为0.43%。该方法操作简便,专属性强,结果可靠,可用于测定固定化青霉素酰化酶合成头孢克洛的活力。A HPLC method was established for the determination of the activity of immobilized penicillin acylase in the synthesis of Cefaclor.The linearity of calibration curve for Cefaclor was good in the range of2.879 to 8.638μg/mL(r was 1.0000);the recoveries were in the range of 99% to 101%;and the RSD was0.43%.This established method is simple,specific and reliable,which can be used to determine the activity of immobilized penicillin acylase in the synthesis of Cefaclor.
