摘　　要：On November 10,under the guidance of China NGO Network for International Exchanges(CNIE)and the Foreign Affairs Office of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government,the Value Plus Seminar on Opportunities and Challenges for International Exchanges and Cooperation in the New Situation was held in both online and offline formats byShenzhen Foundation for International Exchanges and Cooperation,United Nations Development Programme China Office and China International Centre for Economic and Technical Exchanges(CICETE),which was attended by over 100representatives from enterprises,universities,think tanks,NGOs and International organisations.
